2. Inspect the dress thoroughly to locate any stains, including stains from perspirations, foods, liquids and makeup. If the dress is full-length, the hem will most likely have collected dirt.

Care & Storage

1. Dresses are usually packed inside out for protection.

2. Hang and store the dress in a shaded and dry place.

3. If available, use the inner hanger straps to assist with hanging.

Q: What are special requirements?: A: If you need any alterations to be done to the product you can describe it in the special requirements field e.g. the dress has no straps, but you would like to have straps, then we can arrange that, we can provide alterations for all dresses to a certain extent.

Q: How to know my size?: A: Each products description page features a detailed size chart, you can measure yourself and choose the dresses size according to the result. Don't get confused if you end up having a different size as your standard casual wear size, dresses have different sizing.
Q: How to measure myself?: A: We use three different factors, Bust, Waist, and Hips.
- Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust.
- Waist: Measure around natural waistline.
- Hips: Measure around the fullest part.
Make sure you wear tight clothes while measuring yourself. Please check if the dress has a built-in bra, if so, measure yourself without a bra.
Q: My body measurements don't fit a specific size!: A: You can choose custom measurements and enter your body measurements into the order details without choosing a pre-defined size. Extra fees might apply.
Q: Are the sizes e.g. UK 10, standard UK sizes?: A: There are no standard sizes for dresses in the UK or the EU, therefore pretty much every manufacturer is using their own chart. Please check our size chart for details.

G Glory Rating 7/8/2023: GIRLS !! I was soo unsure wether or not i was gonna receive it but DWWWW IT CAME LITERALLY LIKE THE PIC! Ps : i got red and WOW in like 2 weeks & 1/2 I received it. Even earlier than I expected and i LOVE IT (the back of the dress is a zip). All i can suggest ( from personal experience) , go in a shop irl , try sum prom dresses to get an idea of approx what size u are (mines a UK12) & done, you’re all good xx- any more enquiries @d3lix1a on Instagram
