But the sleeves were a little snug so when lifting arms to dance the entire dress would lift up. If there was stretch in the sleeves this dress would have been perfect. This particular dress you don't need to worry about fitting over hips. It cover's nicely. Had to return and order a different style dress.

The bottom flows nicely and the lace accents are quite stunning. The fit was almost perfect - I measured carefully using instructions and ordered a size up accordingly. I am choosing between this dress and one more - tough choice! The photos are straight from the package since I was just trying on, so ignore the wrinkles!

T Twyla Rating 6/27/2021: I purchased this dress in champagne. It is very, very close to the color on the swatch. It is a beautiful dress and very well made. The beading on the waist consists of silver beads, sewn on the band. I am normally a smaller 2X in tops. I ordered the 3X because some reviews said it runs small. The 2x would have probably fit, I have to have the 3X altered above the waist as it is too big, but that was my choice, nothing the company did. The dress is fully lined so keep that in mind for sizing. It also has bra cups in the top so if you don't want those you might tell them to leave them off when ordering. This dress is even more beautiful in person. I was hesitant to order it because I really don't have a "waist". This makes me have a waist and doesn't make me look wider. I asked them to put a short sleeve rather than the cap sleeve and they did for no extra charge. The skirt on the dress is big. I plan to wear a tulle petticoat under it to make it stand away from body a little. It is beautiful without it so if you don't want poufy it's still pretty. The shipping was fast and I had my dress in hand in about 5 weeks from the date I placed the order. Overall I'm thrilled with the dress and no one will guess it was $150
(dress+shipping). If I have the need for another dressy dress this is where I will be looking first! I was very skeptical to order because it is shipped from China & I felt like I was gambling when I ordered. I will just say if you even think you like this dress from the picture, you will love it when you get it.
