Q: What are special requirements?: A: If you need any alterations to be done to the product you can describe it in the special requirements field e.g. the dress has no straps, but you would like to have straps, then we can arrange that, we can provide alterations for all dresses to a certain extent.

Q: How to know my size?: A: Each products description page features a detailed size chart, you can measure yourself and choose the dresses size according to the result. Don't get confused if you end up having a different size as your standard casual wear size, dresses have different sizing.
Q: How to measure myself?: A: We use three different factors, Bust, Waist, and Hips.
- Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust.
- Waist: Measure around natural waistline.
- Hips: Measure around the fullest part.
Make sure you wear tight clothes while measuring yourself. Please check if the dress has a built-in bra, if so, measure yourself without a bra.
Q: My body measurements don't fit a specific size!: A: You can choose custom measurements and enter your body measurements into the order details without choosing a pre-defined size. Extra fees might apply.
Q: Are the sizes e.g. UK 10, standard UK sizes?: A: There are no standard sizes for dresses in the UK or the EU, therefore pretty much every manufacturer is using their own chart. Please check our size chart for details.

Because my chest is bigger size than the rest of my body. So I chose the customized option and it was great, the dress fit me good. The dress was exactly what I wanted.

And what topped it all off was the length. I'm a huge stickler for dresses that don't touch the floor. This dress covered my feet!! My husband loves when I wear this dress and I have gotten soooooooo soooooo sooooo many compliments. Definitely buying another one.

This dress fit exactly how I envisioned. I selected custom sizing and was able to have the desired height and train length. Fabric quality and craftsmanship were excellent. Item arrived within the promised timeframe. I got so many compliments on this dress and no one would have guessed I got it at such an affordable price. I did purchase a separate petticoat to make the dress look more dramatic in photos but it would've still looked pretty without it. I would highly recommend purchasing this dress from Promlily.
